ANTI-SPAM: WorkDigital has a no tolerance anti-spam policy and actively monitors its Representatives websites to enforce their compliance with this policy. WorkDigital Representatives agree and accept that if WorkDigital believes, at its sole discretion, that a Representative is transmitting or are otherwise connected with any pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise) that directs an email recipient to his/her provided website, without the recipient's prior request or consent, that WorkDigital has the right to disable his/her website, and will do so with no further notice. All reports and complaints will be investigated and dealt with swiftly.

The violation of this provision by Representative may be the sole grounds for termination of such Representative’s Distributorship with WorkDigital. Upon termination of a Distributorship, all rights to commissions, position, and wholesale purchase rights cease. The terminated Representative’s organization shall be transferred to his/her sponsor and the terminated Representative will not be eligible for future sponsorship.

Furthermore, a Representative shall defend and indemnify WorkDigital, our representatives and any third party providers and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf or by third parties as a result of the Representative’s violation of this provision.
