Mike Macaluso

Mr. Macaluso just recently celebrated his 30th year of business ownership. He began his business career when he purchased an 11,000 sq. ft., 500 seat restaurant and banquet room at the age of 25. In 1981, he purchased a small dry cleaning store, and over the next 9 years developed it into a chain of 8 successful establishments. First introduced to the home-based business industry in 1990, Mr. Macaluso has served as a lead consultant to a number of start-up companies, as well as sitting on the Board Of Directors of many others.

In 1995, Mr. Macaluso began developing turnkey marketing systems, which have helped thousands of people from literally all around the world to earn substantial incomes. Over the past 12 years these systems have generated multiple millions of dollars in gross revenue.

Over 25 years of solid corporate experience including Managing Director of FieldTech Personnel - the largest Radio Communications and IT Recruitment Company in London during the late eighties. His personal clients included HP, Canon UK, NEC, Sony UK, Talkland International, Hutchison Wampoa Group and many other leading blue chip clients in Europe.
 
Malcolm also worked closely with Midland Investment Corporation in organising "Offshore Finance 1" in the mid nineties - a conference held in Gibraltar hosted by Joe Bossano (the prime minister of Gibraltar at the time) - targeting the newly open states of the former Soviet Union.
 
He was also a senior partner in Westminster Projects which hosted an International Offshore Finance conference (Offshore Finance 3) in the Bahamas, working with the government.
 
With many years experience in the home based business sector (alongside his corporate businesses), Malcolm is an accomplished public speaker who has hosted and spoken at International Marketing, Sales and Motivational events attended by thousands of people.
 
Malcolm has a zest and hunger for helping and motivating people and his conference calls have a unique balance of fire and substance that make them both inspirational and memorable.

Jonathan King



Prior to forming WorkDigital, Jon was the President/CEO and founder of Digital Marketing Specialists, a software development / marketing firm which creates state-of-the-art custom internet sales and marketing software applications.

Jon designed and managed the implementation of the WorkDigital web platform that is today the technical backbone of the company. He and his brother Christian King have been co-developing enterprise-level network marketing systems for over 10 years now, and together they have over 25 years of combined network marketing management experience. Jon began his software design career while serving as an electrical engineer in the U.S. Navy.

He successfully designed and implemented the NAV-SEA electrical readiness documentation system that became the catalyst of change across the entire fleet. Today it documents and tracks the individual status, condition, and repair schedule of every single electrical circuit and cable-way in the US Navy's commissioned fleet. 

Today Jon, his wife Amy and their two children, Cassie 14, and Matthew 2, live in northern Wisconsin where they enjoy both traveling and spending time together as a growing family. The Kings regularly enjoy the fullness of nature, the wildlife and the most amazingly vivid seasons that are so abundant in the north woods.

Jonathan has had the very unique privilege of being actively involved in the managerial decisions that affected literally millions of distributors through the course of his career in network marketing software development. His experience provides him the seasoned ability to anticipate and proactively answer the systemic needs of the home-based business entrepreneur.
